Program Descriptions

Meditation
Mediation is a means to still the mind's restlessness. An invaluable tool in managing stress and anxiety. Regular meditation trains the mind to be calm, centered, relaxed and detached. It restores calm, promotes positivism, and encourages patience and harbors compassion. It will keep you fresh and rejuvenated throughout the year both physically and mentally.

Sacred Dance
Sacred dance opens you to experience the body-mind-soul's oneness moving the mind thru music, connecting the body through dance and blessing the soul in wholeness.

"To move is human … to dance is divine."
--Kathryn Mihelock

Fire Dance
Fire Dance is a cardiovascular workout that strengthens core muscles, improves coordination and balance, and provides greater flexibility. This fun-filled dance class makes exercising and getting in shape a real pleasure. All the workouts are safe, fun and effective. Whether your need is weight loss, body sculpting, toning or waistline reduction, you'll find that Fire Dance will help you achieve the results you want.

Restorative Yoga
In Sanskrit, Yoga means "to unite". Primarily an exercise in moral and mental cultivation of poses and practices that aim towards harmonizing your mind, body and soul to achieve a state of oneness with the universe. It's a spiritual practice that does not subscribe nor promote any particular faith; hence it can be practiced by all.

Rhythmic Chant
Chanting can bring a deeper sense of well-being. It's a powerful way to meditate. Chanting can be used to inspire and to produce a spiritual awakening. It focuses on the creative power of sound and its potential to expand our awareness.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese system of slowly flowing movements and shifts of balance that strengthens the legs while conditioning the tendons and ligaments of the ankles, knees, and hips, increasing their range of motion and making them more resilient, less prone to injury. The constant weight shifts train balance and body awareness, leading to confident ease of movement within the form and in everyday life. Tai Chi is a physical exercise that focuses the mind, while conditioning the body.

Pilates
After years of high-impact, make-em-sweat, feel-the-burn fitness workouts, there is great appeal in a slower, safer, sensible approach to health and wellness.

The smooth, steady movements quiet your mind and soothe your nervous system. As you lengthen and strengthen your muscles, you'll improve your circulation and whisk tension away. Each workout will leave you feeling calm, balanced, and rejuvenated. Focus on letting the tension go, and you'll be on the path to a healthier body inside and out.

Water Therapy
Water Therapy is for releasing the flow of vital energy as well as reducing stress and body ache. Water is nature's natural healer bringing calm to the stress of the day. It can reduce the effects of sun and aging while delivering softness to the skin.

Immersing in Cold and Hot pools and hydrating with water mists is the perfect way to unwind after a hectic day. Use the hot tub followed by a dip in the cold tub- called Contrast water therapy – for stimulating blood flow, reducing the levels of lactic acid in muscles, reducing or avoiding muscle soreness.

Cardio Workout
Cardiovascular activity does so many things to improve your life and quality of your life. It can help you manage your weight, reduce stress, increase your bone density, lower your blood pressure, help control diabetes and reduce your risk of heart disease and stroke, give you more energy and allow you to better sleep.

Spinning
Indoor cycling or Spinning is an exercise program that uses a specially designed stationary bicycle and a series of cycling movements that provide the participant with both a physical and mental workout. Spinning burns serious calories (about 450 in 45 minutes) and offers an awesome cardio workout that makes your heart pump fast. It also tones your quadriceps (front thigh muscles) and outer thigh muscles.

Therapeutic Massage & Facials (optional)
The basic goal of massage therapy is to help the body heal itself and to increase health and well-being. Therapeutic massage can be used to promote general well-being and enhance self-esteem, while boosting the circulatory and immune systems to benefit blood pressure, circulation, muscle tone, digestion, and skin tone.

Child Care (optional)
Affordable high-quality child care while you are at the center. Giving you a peace-of-mind while you exercise, rejuvenate or relax.
